FAQs
Frequenting Asked Questions…
How much space do you require?
We need a minimum area of 100 x 200ft flat grass surface. The games work best outside, but can be adapted for indoor use.
How many people can play at the same time?
In its usual format this experience is ideal for groups between 60-250 delegates, however, it can be adapted for less or more people. At any one time, three teams will play whilst the others cheer (or jeer!) them on, then the teams will swap around as directed by the compere. Every team will have a go at every game... unless they cheat and have their visa for the next country cancelled. If your group is smaller than 60 or larger than 250 – please get in touch to discuss your requirements so that we can put a quote together for you.
Does your knockout include costume games?
Yup, of course! It wouldn’t be a knockout without a bit of dressing up, would it? Giant taxis, penguins, Chinese dragons and more.
What kind of event is it good for?
It’s a Knockout Around the World is our top choice for corporate fun days and team building, but it is suitable for any event where participants can commit to joining in for a period of 2 to 3 hours.
What is included in the price?
All games equipment, costumes and props; a power supply if required; a PA system with themed music; unlimited foam bubbles; arena bunting to mark out the games area; an award-winning team of Off Limits operators; an experienced, professional compere; warm-ups and spot games to keep things moving between rounds; and prizes for the winning team.
What about safety, are you insured?
All games are fully risk assessed and we carry £10m public liability insurance. All electrical items are PAT tested annually and all inflatables are independently RPII inspected and certified. Full documentation can be supplied on confirmation of your event. Please note that we can provide first aid cover.
Do I need to book anything else alongside it?
It’s a Knockout Around the World will be the highlight of your event. You won’t necessarily need any other entertainment
as we expect most of your guests will either be playing or watching the spectacle from the sidelines. However, we can provide a range of fun food and drink options, event furniture, staging and a wide variety of other event-related services, so please get in touch if we can help with anything else. Check the Pricing page of this brochure for suggested ‘extras’.
What happens if it rains on the day?
The show goes on! In exceptional weather such as thunderstorms and high winds, play may cease temporarily and some games may be modified for safety reasons. Some of the games involve water, so you’re going to get wet anyway.
Is this experience suitable for all ages and abilities?
Because of the active nature of the games, participants will need a basic level of physical fitness. Having said that, none of them are difficult and you don’t need to be a marathon runner or Ninja Warrior competitor to join in. The emphasis is purely on fun. We’d recommend this experience for older teens and adults, but it can be adapted for children.
